1.1.1 Payment against the invoice.
Upon payment on invoice, the buyer receives a confirmation that “Your order is processed and an invoice will be sent to the email you specified in this order.” When Kga Offline Center received payment of the invoice will be sent software or training packages manually, by email to the customer.

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Our partner for these transactions is Stripe. A company that guarantees a fast and secure payment.
Kga Offline Center uses partner Stripe (www.stripe.com), to negotiate payments, to use the payment service must Stripes Terms accepted.

This is how it works:
When you have chosen to pay by card, you will go to Stripe´s secure payment gateway for credit cards. You then choose the credit card that you will use your (VISA or MasterCard …), please fill in the vats card number and Expiration Date (Month), and Expiration Date (year). Control is done by the data submitted.
What is the security code (CVV2 / CVC2 / CSC)?
To increase security, you are prompted as a customer to enter the final three (Amreican Express 4 digits) numbers printed on the signature panel on the back of the card. CVV2 is Visa’s title and CVC2 is MasterCard’s term. American Express counterpart called CSC. Other names on the market that are used are s äkerhetskod, CVV code, CVx or security numbers. This code is sent to the card issuer for verification and authentication.
Where can I find the code on the card?
At Visa, MasterCard and Eurocard you can find the code is the last three digits on the signature panel on the back of the card. If you use American Express is the four-digit code and on the front of the card.
Why must the security specified?
This is to increase security. These numbers are randomly chosen by the card issuer and may be used as verification at Distanshandelsköp.

The company serves private individuals, companies, schools, organizations, associations and churches in primarily the Swedish market.
CUSTOMER / PERSONAL INFORMATION
In order to shop with us, you must enter information in all fields required for customer registration. If we do not have your email address we can not send an order confirmation or download link for training or software.
The personal information you provide to us is used for order processing, billing, information, marketing, and another aimed at our service to work as good as possible. The information is not passed on to any third party.
1.2.1 CONDITIONS
You do not have permission to use reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling the software that Kga Offline Center has developed. Kga Offline Center reserves all rights. Software developed by Kga Offline Center is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties.
Kga Offline Center owns the title, copyright and other intellectual property rights in the software. The software is licensed, not sold.
In no event shall Kga Offline Centre be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or damage from any cause. Kga Offline Center does not warrant that the software meets your specific usage requirements or that use will be uninterrupted or error-free.
This Agreement and in writing shall be governed by the laws of Sweden. You agree that all causes of action against Kga Offline Centre under this Agreement shall be brought to court in Stockholm, Sweden.
The software is Kga Offline Center’s property. You may not sell, publish, disclose, or otherwise make available the software or copies of them to others.
Each utbildningsApp and software is valid for 1 PC for 1 year.
Software is Addins to ABB’s RobotStudio software. In order to run these softwares required a RobotStudio installation license.
Force Majeure
Events such as outside the company’s control, which could not reasonably have been foreseen, shall by force majeure, which means that the company is released from its obligations to fulfill contractual agreements.
OTHER
The Company reserves the right to change all information without prior notice. At any final sale or a sale item deleted, the company has the right to cancel the purchase and refund any of the advance paid.
